深刺太冲穴治疗肝气郁结型喉癌术后抑郁疗效观察

目的:探究深刺太冲穴治疗肝气郁结型喉癌术后抑郁的疗效。方法:选取116例喉癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,观察组57例,对照组59例。观察组采用深刺太冲穴联合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗,对照组采用常规针刺太冲穴联合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)评分及欧洲癌症研究治疗组织(EORTC)的生活质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)评分(包括躯体功能、生理功能、心理功能、社会功能四个维度)。结果:治疗后,两组HAMD评分、中医证候积分和PSQI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,两组躯体功能、生理功能、心理功能及社会功能评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组评分均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);总有效率观察组89.47%,对照组71.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中,两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论:深刺太冲穴联合甘麦大枣汤加减治疗肝气郁结型喉癌术后抑郁疗效较好,可改善患者抑郁状...

Efficacy Observation of Deep Needling at Taichong(LR3)on Postoperative Depression in Patients with Laryngeal Cancer of Liver Qi Stagnation Type

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of deep needling at Taichong(LR3)on postoperative depression in patients with laryngeal cancer of liver qi stagnation type.Methods:There were116 patients with laryngeal cancer divided into observation group and control group with random number table method,with 57 cases in observation group,and 59 cases in control group.The observation group was treated with deep needling at Taichong combined with modified Ganmai Dazao Decoction(甘麦大枣汤),and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture at Taichong combined with modified Ganmai Dazao Decoction.The clinical efficacy,Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)scores,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Pittsburgh sleep index(PSQI)scores,and the European Organization for Research on Treatment of Cancer(EORTC)quality of life questionnaire(QLQ-C30)scores(including four dimensions:physical function,physiological function,psychological function,and social function)were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the HAMD scores,TCM syndrome scores and PSQI scores in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and those scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of physical function,physiological function,psychological function and social function in the group all increased(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the total effective rate in the observation group was 89.47%,and in the control group was 71.19%,with statistical significance(P<0.05);during the treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Deep needling at Taichong combined with Ganmai Dazao Decoction has a good effect on postoperative depression in patients with laryngeal cancer of liver qi type.It could improve depression,sleep quality and the quality of life of the patients.
