| 摘 要： | 认为糖尿病视网膜病变为本虚标实之证,病机特点是气阴两虚为本,痰瘀互结、热毒阻络为标。治疗以益气养阴、活血解毒为大法。临床研究证实,本法对糖尿病视网膜病变具有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | It is pointed out that the diabetic retinopathy superficiality. It is the result of deficiency of Qi and Yin. is the syndrome of asthenia in origin and sthenia in Blood stasis and phlegm stagnation, toxic materials derived from evil heat in the blood blocked meridiansand collaterals factors are the incidental. According to the pathogenesis of the disease, the treatment methods are supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,activating blood circulation and detoxicating diacollaterals. The clinical investigation shows that the methods are effective TCM treatment methods in treating the diabetic retinopathy. |
