| 摘 要： | 通过回顾外风论和内风论,阐述了外风致中学说、中风毒邪论、痰热腑实论、瘀血论、痰瘀互阻学说、脏腑气机失调论、"毒损脑络"学说、"正衰积损"学说、病因积累学说。认为中风病因病机理论的发展经历了漫长过程,传统理论以及新的理论观点的提出,使中风的病因病机理论得到了完善。

| Abstract: | By reviewing the external wind theory and the internal wind theory,the paper discusses the theo- ry of external wind causing apoplexy,apoplexy toxic pathogens theory,phlegm heat and bowel repletion theo- ry,blood stasis theory,phlegm and blood stasis theory,viscera qi movement disorder theory,the theor~ of brain collateral damage by toxin,theory of accumulation of pathogen due to deficiency of vital qi and theory of accumulation of etiology. The theory of cause and pathogenesis develops a long term process,and put for- ward the traditional theory and the new theory have continuously improved the apoplexy cause and patho- genesis theory. |
