试论“思”志致病

“思”是人体对外界事物的认知过程,为中医五志之一,如果过激则成为一种致病因素危害健康。目前情志致病的首要因素即为“思”,思志过度产生的基础源于人类的个性,形成于工作、生活和社会诸方面的境遇。它可以导致气机结滞、痰浊壅积等病理损害。临床常见思想压力过重、过度关注、欲求过度三种类型。思志过度可导致多种疾病,通过患者的中医体征就可作出初步临床判断。

Discussion on disease due to anxiety

Anxiety is the cognition of human body about external objects.If it is excessive,it would become one kind of the pathogenic factor that damages human health.At present,anxiety is the first factor of emotion-caused disease which originates from human being's individuality and takes form in the job,life and all aspects of society circumstances.Anxiety can led to many pathological mechanism damages such as Qi depression and sputum accumulation.Clinical manifestation includes that the big mental pressure,the intense desire and the strong single-minded.Anxiety can lead to the various disease that we can make a diagnosis from the TCM physical sign of patients.
