| 摘 要： | 五脏相关学说,是将五脏六腑、四肢、皮毛、五官七窍等组织器官分别组成五个脏腑系统,并阐释脏腑系统与人体大系统、自然界、社会等联系的学说。吴焕林教授师承国医大师邓铁涛,并传承五脏相关学说,运用于临床辨证论治功能性室性早搏取得较好疗效。论述了吴焕林从五脏相关治疗功能性室性早搏的诊疗思路及临证经验。

| Abstract: | According to correlation of the five viscera theory,internal organs,limbs,skin and hair,five sensory organs and seven orifices are grouped into five viscera system,to explain the connection of zang-fu organs with the human body,natural world and society. Professor WU Huanlin inherits the correlation of five viscera theory from the distinguished traditional Chinese medicine physician,Professor DENG Tietao,and applied this theory in clinic to treat the patients with functional ventricular premature beat,achieving a good curative effect. In this paper,the though and experience of Professor WU Huanlin on diagnosing and treating the functional ventricular premature beat from the correlation of five viscera theory were discussed. |
