脾肾互赞理论来源于《黄帝内经》,李中梓将其总结为脾肾二脏之间存在着双向影响的关系,包括生理上脾肾相辅相成、协同辅助,临床治疗上脾肾相求。性早熟以阴虚火旺为基本病机,兼脾虚痰聚。叶进教授临床辨治性早熟即推崇脾肾互赞理论,多主张脾肾互济为基本治则,故临床治疗中以滋阴降火与健脾化痰兼施,疗效显著。

Experience of YE Jin on Treating Precocious Puberty According to the Theory of Spleen and Kidney Assisting Each Other

The theory of spleen and kidney assisting each other stems from The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic,and further summarized by LI Zhongzi. In that theory,spleen and kidney both work on each other,that is,in physiology,spleen and kidney help each other and in clinic spleen and kidney should be treated inter-related. The fundamental disease mechanism of precocious puberty is yin deficiency resulting in vigorous fire,also with spleen deficiency and phlegm accumulation. Professor YE Jin advocates the theory of spleen and kidney assisting each other in the clinical treatment of precocious puberty,and proposes the fundamental treatment principle is to treat based on spleen and kidney inter-related. Therefore,in clinic,the enriching yin and subduing fire is usually applied with fortifying spleen and dissolving phlegm to obtain satisfactory effect.
