补肾通络法治疗非重型再生障碍性贫血的远期疗效评价

目的:对补肾通络法治疗非重型再生障碍性贫血进行回顾性分析,评价其远期疗效。方法:回顾性分析2008年6月至2018年6月在潍坊医学院附属医院中医科门诊及住院的140例非重型再生障碍性贫血患者的资料,另按照2∶1的比例随机选取此期间单纯应用西药治疗的70例非重型再障患者作为对照组,分别进行随访观察及相关研究,比较两组患者外周血象、骨髓象及临床疗效,并使用中医经络检测仪测定人体经络能量指数,进行数据分析。结果:①治疗后患者的外周血象较治疗前均有不同程度的上升,尤其是血红蛋白、白细胞的数量升高明显,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);②患者的骨髓象较前改善不明显;③患者经补肾通络法治疗后症状较前改善(P0.05);④治疗前后患者自律神经系统数值与体能均较前发生变化,使用补肾通络法治疗组优于单纯使用西药对照组(P0.05);⑤使用补肾通络法治疗的患者平均生存时间及中位生存时间均高于单纯使用西药治疗的患者(P0.05);⑥使用西药加补肾通络法治疗非重型再障患者的不良反应与单纯应用西药治疗差异无统计学意义(P0.05),但前者的不良反应消失时间较短。结论:补肾通络法治疗非重型再障有提高疗效、缩短疗程、延长生存时间、调节自律神经系统功能、改善精神状态、提升体能、缩短不良反应时间的优点,在常规西药治疗的基础上使用补肾通络法治疗非重型再障的远期疗效优于常规西医治疗。

Long Term Efficacy Evaluation of Tonifying Kidney and Dredging Collaterals Method in the Treatment of Non-severe Aplastic Anemia

Objective:To retrospectively analyze the treatment of non-severe aplastic anemia by tonifying kidney and dredging collaterals,and evaluate its long term efficacy. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 140 patients with non-severe aplastic anemia in the outpatient department and hospitalization of the Chinese Medicine Department of The Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from June2008 to June 2018 was randomly selected. According to the ratio of 2 ∶1,70 patients with non-heavy aplastic anemia who were treated with western medicine alone were randomly selected as the control. All the subjects were followed up and underwent related studies. The peripheral blood examination,bone marrow examination and clinical effects in the two groups were compared. The meridian energy index of the human body was measured by a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) meridian detector to perform data analysis. Results:①The peripheral blood examination results of patients after treatment had different degrees of increase compared with before treatment,especially the increase of hemoglobin and white blood cells,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). ②The bone marrow examination results of patients were not improved obviously. ③ The symptoms of patients treated with tonifying kidney and dredging collaterals method were improved compared with before(P<0.05). ④Before and after treatment,the values of autonomic nervous system and physical function of patients were changed. The treatment group treated with tonifying kidney and dredging collaterals method was better than the group treated with western medicine alone(P<0.05). ⑤ The average survival time and median survival time of patients treated with tonifying kidney and dredging collaterals method were higher than those treated with western medicine alone(P<0.05). ⑥There was no significant difference between the treatment of non-heavy aplastic anemia patients treated with western medicine plus tonifying kidney and dredging collaterals method and western medicine alone(P>0.05),but the former had a shorter time for the disappear of adverse reaction. Conclusion:Tonifying kidney and dredging collaterals method for non-heavy aplastic anemia has the advantages of improving curative effect,shortening treatment course,prolonging survival time,regulating autonomic nervous system function,improving mental state,improving physical fitness and reducing the time of adverse reaction. On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the long term effect of using tonifying kidney and dredging collaterals method for non-heavy aplastic anemia is better than that of conventional western medicine.
