中风后抑郁的早期预防现状

中风后抑郁(PSD)是脑血管疾病常见的并发症之一,发生率、致残率和病死率高。从发病机制、中西医早期预防方面将有关中风后抑郁的早期预防的研究及文献进行综述,并对目前西药治疗PSD存在的问题以及中医药疗法治疗本病的优势进行讨论,为寻求有效的预防中风后抑郁的方案提供新思路、新方法。

Present Situation of Early Prevention of Post-Stroke Depression

Post-stroke depression(PSD) is one of the common complications of cerebrovascular disease,which has high incidence,morbidity and mortality. This article reviews the study of early prevention of post-stroke depression from the aspects of pathogenesis,early prevention of Chinese and western medicine in recent years,and discusses the current problems of western medicine treatment of PSD and the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine therapy for this disease,to provide a new idea and new method for the effective prevention of post-stroke depression.
