摘    要:目的:建立HPLC转换波长法,同时测定木瓜中绿原酸、齐墩果酸、熊果酸含量。方法 :采用HPLC法,Kromasoil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.6%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速:0.8 mL/min,检测波长:326 nm,210 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:绿原酸在0.192~2.880μg(r=0.9994),齐墩果酸在0.488~7.320μg(r=0.9999),熊果酸在0.437~6.468μg(r=1)范围内,线性关系良好;三种化合物的平均回收率为别为101.13%(RSD=1.98%,n=6)、99.64%(RSD=1.97%,n=6)及99.66%(RSD=1.90%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便准确,重现性好,可为控制木瓜质量提供参考。

Abstract:Objective:To estab1ish a wave1ength conversion method of HPLC for simu1taneous determination of ch1orogenic acid,o1eano1ic acid and urso1ic acid in Fructus Chaenome1is. Methods:Stationary phase was Kro masoi1 C1s(250mm×4.6mm,5 μm) with the co1umn temperature of 30 ℃. Acetonitri1-0.6% H3PO4 was used as the mobi1e phase with gradient e1ution. The f1ow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The detection wave1ength was 326 nm and 210 nm. Resu1ts:The ch1orogenic acid had a good 1inearity re1ationship(r = 0.9994,n = 6) between 0.192N2.880 μg. The o1eano1ic acid had a 1inear range between 0.488-7.320 μg with r=0.9999(n=6). The urso1ic acid had a 1inear range between 0.437-6.468 μg with r= 1(n=6). The average recovery of ch1orogenic acid was 101.13% with RSD of 1.98%,the o1eano1ic acid was 99.64% with RSD of 1.97%,the urso1ic acid was 99.66% with RSD of 1.90%. Conc1usion:This method is simp1e,accurate,reproducib1e and can be used for the qua1ity contro1 of Fructus Chaenome1is.
