| 摘 要： | 结合古今文献,对肺间质纤维化的病名、病因病机进行了分析、阐述。认为中医的肺萎、肺痹、络病与西医肺间质纤维化相吻合;其病因病机为本虚标实,因虚致痰、致瘀,痰瘀互结痹阻肺络而发病,并且具有上盛下虚的特点。
