Differentiation and treatment of syndrome according to pathological changes of triple-energizer on diabetic nephropathy

Any functional disturbances of the tri energizer managing the dredging of water pathway are fundamental pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy Three methods are separately used in treatment on the basis of differentiation and treatment of syndrome according to the pathological changes of triple energizer,which are warming the heart YANG and supplementing the lung QI,warming the spleen YANG and supplementing middle energizer QI,warming the kidney YANG and supplementing primordial QI Key Words:diabetic nephropathy;any functional disturbances of the tri energizer managing the dredging of Water Pathway;warming the heart YANG;warming the spleen YANG;warming the kidney YANGd not have.QRS score,serum cardiac enzymes,left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular aneurysm and mortality within one month of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results QRS score and serum cardiac enzymes were higher in group B as compared with group A,P< 0.05. In hospital death was more frequent in elderly patients without previous angina than in those with previous angina (14.5% vs.1.9%,P<0.05), as were cardiac shock (14.5% vs.3.8%, P<0.05) and aneurysm (16.4% vs.5.7%,P<0.05). Conclusions The presence of angina 24 h before AMI has significant beneficial effect on in hospital outcomes in elderly patients,suggesting that the protection afforded by angina may involve the occurrence of ischemic preconditioning.
