基于气血理论辨治下肢慢性溃疡研究进展

近年来,基于气血理论的下肢慢性溃疡辨治研究取得了一定进展,从病因病机、临床研究、实验研究等方面进行归纳总结。病因病机方面,多数医家认为下肢慢性溃疡创面难愈与气血失和、气虚无力助血运行及气血两虚使肌肤失其濡养温煦有关。临床辨治方面,多集中于本病中后期气虚血瘀证和气血两虚证的研究,治疗方法除内服中药外,还有关于贴敷、熏法和灸法的研究。实验研究方面,诸多学者对补益气血、活血化瘀类中药治疗下肢慢性溃疡的作用机制进行了研究,取得了一定成果。参考文献44篇。

Study Progress in Treatment of Chronic Ulcer of Lower Extremity Based on Qi and Blood Theory

In recent years,study on the differentiation and treatment of chronic ulcer of lower extremity based on qi and blood theory has made some progress. The etiology and pathogenesis,clinical and experimental study were summarized. In terms of etiology and pathogenesis,most doctors believe that chronic ulcer of the lower extremity is difficult to heal and is related to disharmony of qi and blood,deficient qi failing to promote blood circulation and deficiency of qi and blood making the skin lose its nutrients and warmth.In terms of clinical differentiation and treatment,there have been some studies on qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and deficiency of both qi and blood syndrome in the middle and late stage of the disease.In addition to oral administration of Chinese medicine,there are also studies on plaster,fumigation and moxibustion. In terms of experimental study,many scholars have studied the mechanism of two kinds of medicine(qi-tonifying and blood-replenishing medicine,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicine) in the treatment of chronic ulcer of lower extremity,which has achieved certain results.
