| 摘 要： | 目的 :论述眼底病常见病征中医治疗的规律 ,以提高中医治疗眼底病的疗效。方法 :综合中医理、法、方、药的基础理论知识 ,分别阐述血管扩张、出血、血管阻塞、微血管瘤、水肿、渗出物、组织增生、变性等眼底病常见病征中医治疗规律。结果 :眼底病常见病征的中医辨证治疗具有一定规律 ,理气法、理血法、化痰法、祛湿法是其主要治法。结论 :中医药是治疗眼底病病征的有效方法

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the regular on treatment with Tradition Chinese Medicine(TCM) for general diagnostic of ocular fundus,improve effects of TCM therapy on disease of ocular fundus Methods:To colligate basic theory of TCM on restoring,principle,formula and pharmacon,and to expatiate the therapeutic regular of TCM for general diagnostic of ocular fundus,including angioectasis,hemorrhage,angio obstnution,microaneurysm,edema,exudation,proliferation,degeneration,et al.Results:There is certain regular on diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms of TCM for general diagnostic of ocular fundus.Main methods include regulating the flow of qi,treating blood disorders,resolving phlegm and eliminating dampness.Conclusion:TCM is effective on treating diagnostic of ocular fundus. |
