曹志群基于气机升降理论运用药串治疗消化系统疾病经验

"药串"是指相对固定的3味或3味以上的药物组合,作为中药配伍的独立单元,是针对一定病证,从历代医家用药经验中提炼出来的行之有效的、符合一定理论依据和法度的固定配伍。曹志群提出了"脏腑气血升降—在经(气)、入络(血)—久病及肾"的辨证模式,运用药串升降、消补、燥润、清化等方法治疗消化系统疾病,积累了丰富经验。从肺大肠、脾胃、肝胆气机升降三个方面列举运用药串治疗反流性食管炎、溃疡性结肠炎、功能性便秘、消化道溃疡、慢性胃炎、消化吸收不良综合征、胆囊炎、反流性胃炎等消化系统疾病经验。

Experience of CAO Zhiqun to Treat Digestive System Diseases with Herb Group Based on the Qi's Ascending and Descending

Herb group is the combination of three or more herbs. It is an independent unit of herb combination,aiming at a specific syndrome or disease. It is the summarization of the experience by the previous physicians,and a fixed combination based on traditional Chinese medicine theory and principles. Professor CAO Zhiqun proposed a differentiation paradigm that qi and blood of the organs ascend and descend to affect the channels and the collaterals,and chronic diseases would affect the kidneys. He has rich experience in using the herb group to lift and lower,remove and tonify,moist and dry,clear and resolve,to treat digestive system diseases. Experience of the application of herb group to treat reflux esophagitis,ulcerative colitis,functional constipation,peptic ulcer,chronic gastritis,malabsorption syndrome,cholecystitis,reflux gastritis based on Qi's ascending and descending in the lung and large intestine,spleen and stomach,liver and gallbladder,was discussed in this paper.
