旋覆代赭汤联合泮托拉唑治疗脾虚湿阻证重度反流性食管炎疗效观察

目的:观察以健脾和胃、化湿降逆为治则的旋覆代赭汤联合泮托拉唑治疗脾虚湿阻证型重度反流性食管炎的胃镜表现及复发率改善情况。方法:收集脾虚湿阻证型重度反流性食管炎的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予口服旋覆代赭汤配合泮托拉唑治疗,对照组给予口服泮托拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗。两组疗程均为8周,16周后复查胃镜,观察胃黏膜改善情况;半年后随访,调查本病复发率。结果:治疗组治疗后胃镜下黏膜改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组半年后复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 :旋覆代赭汤联合泮托拉唑治疗脾虚湿阻证型重度反流性食管炎患者有较好疗效,可明显减少该病的复发率。

Therapeutic Effects of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction with Pantoprazole on Severe Reflux Esophagitis of Spleen Deficiency and Damp Obstruction

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects under gastroscope and recurrence rate of Xuanfu Daizhe decoction with pantoprazole on severe reflux esophagitis of stomach deficiency and damp obstruction.Methods:Sixty patients with severe reflux esophagitis were enrolled in randomized double-blind study. They were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Xuanfu Daizhe decoction and pantoprazole and the control group was treated with pantoprazole and mosapride. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. After 16 weeks patients were examined with gastroscope to observe the change of gastric mucosa. After 6 months,patients were followed up to investigate the recurrence rate. Results:After treatment the improvement of the gastric mucosa was better in the treatment group than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group after six months with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Xuanfu Daizhe decoction with pantoprazole can treat severe reflux esophagitis with satisfactory effect and it reduces the recurrence rate obviously.
