阴火理论与溃疡性结肠炎相关性探讨

溃疡性结肠炎是一种原因不明的非特异性肠道黏膜炎症,其发病机制与李东垣的阴火理论有相通之处。脾胃气虚,元气不足,阴火鸱张是本病的病理基础;血中伏火,浊瘀酿毒,迸入肠道是其病机关键。治疗上应以补脾胃、泻阴火为主,清热利湿、化瘀解毒为辅。上述认识为溃疡性结肠炎的辨证论治提供了新思路。

Relationship between Yin Fire Theory and Ulcerative Colitis

Ulcerative colitis(UC) is a chronic non-specific inflammatory intestinal mucosal disease with unknown reasons. The occurrence of UC is related to the yin fire theory proposed by Li Dongyuan. The fundamental cause of this disease is qi deficiency of spleen and stomach,original qi deficiency and vigous yin fire. The key mechanism is that fire hides in the blood,combines with turibity and stasis to form toxicity,and moves into the intestinal tract. The treatment for UC should be tonifying spleen and stomach,and purging yin fire,with assistance of clearing heat and removing dampness,resolving stasis and romoving toxicity.This though will provide a new method for the treatment of UC.
