桃红四物汤加味治疗糖尿病合并不安腿综合征经验

根据对糖尿病合并不安腿综合征患者的临证观察,认为糖尿病合并不安腿综合征的主要病机为阴虚血瘀,应用桃红四物汤治疗效果显著。从阴虚风动、血虚失养、血瘀络滞三方面论述阴虚血瘀的基本病机,从滋阴柔肝、养血活血、息风通络三方面阐述桃红四物汤加味的应用依据,并举临床验案1例对治疗思路进行分析。

Experience in Treating Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Restless Leg Syndrome with Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction

Through observation of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with restless leg syndrome,it is thought the main pathogenesis of the disease is yin deficiency and blood stasis. Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction is effective for this disease. This article discusses the basic pathogenesis of yin deficiency and blood stasis from three aspects:deficient yin causing dynamic wind,deficient blood failing to nourish and blood stasis causing blocked collaterals,and expounds the theoretical basis of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction from three aspects:nourishing yin and liver,nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,stopping endogenous wind and remove obstruction from collaterals. The treatment thought is illustrated by one clinical proved example.
