中医药调节肠道微生物防治非酒精性脂肪性肝病概述

非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)全球发病率不断升高,严重危害人类健康,肠道微生物的失衡在非酒精性脂肪性肝病发病中发挥重要的作用。当肠道微生物组成和分布在不同的营养、免疫和环境条件下发生变化时,其通过肠-肝轴参与NAFLD的发生和发展。越来越多的证据表明,中医脾胃理论和肠道微生态之间的相关性,以调节肠道菌群作为切入点,中药单体成分和中药复方均对非酒精性脂肪性肝病的防治具有良好的临床疗效。参考文献41篇。

Treatment for Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease with Chinese Medicinals Based on Regulating Gut Microbiota

The incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is gradually increasing world widely.NAFLD seriously affects human health. Imbalance of gut microbiota plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of NAFLD. When the composition and distribution of gut microbiota change under different nutritional,immune and environmental conditions,they participate in the occurrence and development of NAFLD through the gut-liver axis. More and more evidence suggests that the spleen stomach theory in traditional Chinese medicine is closely related to the gut microecology. Therefore,through regulating gut microbiota,monomers and formulas of Chinese medicinals both show good clinical effect on the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
