关于建立“瘀血生风”概念的思考

瘀血生风的概念至今未能确立 ,是由于中医理论研究的严重滞后所致。瘀血可导致内风 ,这在古代文献、现代临床、药物分类以及实验研究中均可得到证实。因此 ,应尽快建立瘀血生风的概念 ,以充实和完善中医病因病机学理论体系 ,为临床用活血化瘀法治疗内风病证提供理论依据。对瘀血生风的概念、瘀血生风与其他内风证的关系、瘀血生风的立论基础以及建立瘀血生风概念的意义作了论述。

Thinking of the concept of blood stasis causing wind syndrome

The concept of blood stasis causing wind syndrome hasn't been set up till now,which is caused by the seriou slowness of the progress of TCM theoretical study. The fact of blood stasis causing endogenous wind can be proved by acient literatures, modern clinical studies, classify of medicines and modern experimental studies. So,the concept of blood stasis causing wind syndrome should be set up soon in order to substantiatece and complete the TCM theoretical system and provide theoretical basis for the treatment of endogenous wind syndrome by promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis. The concept,correlating,theoretical basis and function of blood stasis causing wind syndrome are discussed at last.
