孙凤辨治过敏性紫癜思想和经验撮要

过敏性紫癜是一种常见的出血性疾病,中医学称之为“紫癜风病”。孙凤认为本病辨证要点为辨病性,早期以实证为主,后期以虚证为主; 辨脏腑,脏腑辨证首要当辨肺、肝、脾、肾功能失调; 辨分期分为急性期、迁延期、恢复期。提出分期与辨证相结合的治疗思路,急性期以风热、血热灼伤血络为要; 迁延期以湿热留恋、伤及气阴为患; 恢复期以脾、肾二脏亏虚为主。并结合临床实践,对其病情反复发作的特点,以及难以缓解的腹型过敏性紫癜和紫癜性肾炎,针对性提出清利湿热、理气活血、祛除痰浊的治法; 早期预防、及时治疗和治愈后持续监测共同防治紫癜性肾炎。孙凤基于以上思想治疗过敏性紫癜临床效果显著,为中医药防治本病扩宽了思路。

Summary of Sun Feng's thought and experience in differential treatment of henoch-schonlein purpura
