针刺联合中药棒冰刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍临床研究

目的:观察针刺联合中药棒冰刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:将脑卒中后吞咽困难患者60例,使用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予卒中内科基础治疗,配合吞咽功能康复治疗; 治疗组在此基础上采用针刺联合中药棒冰刺激治疗,均治疗1个月。比较两组患者治疗前后的洼田饮水试验(WST)等级、标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)评分、临床疗效、吸入性肺炎发生率和胃管留置时间。结果:两组患者吞咽功能均得到了改善,但治疗组效果优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合中药棒冰刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍,能显著改善患者的吞咽功能,降低并发症,提高生活质量。

Clinical study of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine popsicle stimulation on dysphagia after stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine popsicle stimulation on dysphagia after stroke.Methods:A total of 60 patients with dysphagia after stroke were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given basic medical treatment of stroke and rehabilitation of swallowing function.The treatment group received acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine popsicle stimulation for one month.The WST grade,SSA score,clinical efficacy,incidence of aspiration pneumonia and indwelling time of gastric tube were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The swallowing function was improved in both groups,but the curative effect of the treatment group was better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine popsicle stimulation in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia can significantly improve the swallowing function of patients,reduce complications,improve the quality of life,safe and reliable.
