抽动障碍合并过敏性疾病中西医病因病机研究进展

抽动障碍是儿童常见的一种神经精神障碍性疾病,表现为不自主地运动性和发声性抽动,给患儿的生活和心理带来严重影响。抽动障碍常与过敏性疾病合并出现,且发病率逐年增多,其中过敏性鼻炎、结膜炎最常见。抽动障碍合并过敏性疾病的发病机制至今尚不明确,现分别从中西医角度探讨二者的关系及其共患病发病机制。现代医学发现,在基因与神经生化、感染、免疫、心理和季节发病因素中二者具有相关性。中医学认为本病病位在肺、脾、肝,病性虚实夹杂,以风、痰、湿、滞、火、郁为致病因素,治则为健脾补肺,化痰祛风,平肝熄风。

Research progress in etiology and pathogenesis of tic disorder complicated with allergic diseases in Chinese and western medicine

Tic disorder is a common neuropsychiatric disorder in children,manifested as involuntary movement and vocal hyperactivity,which has many negative effects on the psychology and life of children.Tic disorders are often associated with allergic diseases,and the incidence is increasing year by year,among which allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis are the most common.The pathogenesis of tic disorder combined with allergic diseases is still unclear,and this paper discusses the relationship and its comorbidity pathogenesis from the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Modern medicine found that they have connected in gene and nerve biochemical,infection,immune,psychological and seasonal factors,traditional Chinese medicine think it arises from wind,phlegm,wet,stagnation,fire and depression,is a complex disease in the lung,spleen and liver.Invigorating the spleen and lungs,resolving phlegm and expelling wind,calming the liver and calming the wind are the treatment principles.
