国医大师晁恩祥运用养阴益气法治疗肺痿经验

间质性肺疾病的病因复杂,目前病机尚未完全阐明。晁恩祥教授认为本病属于中医“肺痿”范畴,临证时应重视肺肾气阴亏虚、痰瘀阻肺之病机,提出“养阴益气、调补肺肾、化痰祛瘀”治疗原则。晁恩祥教授立足于中医基础理论,结合自身的临床经验,对患者进行辨证施治,取得了良好疗效。

CHAO Enxiang's experience in the treatment of lung wilt by nourishing yin and tonifying qi

The etiology of interstitial lung disease is complex,and the pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated.Professor CHAO Enxiang believed that the disease belonged to the category of “lung wilt” in traditional Chinese medicine,at the time of clinical treatment,attention should be paid to the pathogenesis of lung and kidney deficiency of qi and yin,and phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung pathogenesis.Professor CHAO Enxiang put forward the treatment principles of “nourishing yin and tonifying qi,regulating lung and kidney,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis”.Professor CHAO Enxiang based on the basic theories of Chinese medicine,combined with his own clinical experience,treated patients dialectically,and achieved good results.
