针刺联合红外偏振光照射治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的观察针刺联合红外偏振光照射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。 方法选取2018年2月至2018年10月期间于天津市南开医院针灸理疗科门诊持续收治的膝骨性关节炎患者36例，采用针刺联合红外偏振光照射治疗，10次为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。采用配对t检验比较患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Lysholm评分差异，以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。 结果治疗2个疗程后，治愈7例，有效28例，无效1例，总有效率97.22%(35/36)。2组患者治疗前后VAS评分和Lysholm评分比较，差异均有统计学意义(t＝28.036、29.076，P均<0.05)。 结论针刺联合红外偏振光照射治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效确切，值得临床推广。

Treatment of knee osteoarthritis by acupuncture combined with infrared polarized light irradiation

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with infrared polarized light irradiation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. MethodsThirty-six patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated continuously in the acupuncture and physiotherapy department of Nankai Hospital of Tianjin from February 2018 to October 2018 were treated with acupuncture combined with infrared polarized light irradiation, with 10 times for one course, and continuous treatment for 2 courses. The paired t-test was used to compare the difference of pain visual analogue scale (VAS) and Lysholm scores before and after treatment. The difference would be statistically significant at P<0.05. ResultsAfter 2 courses of treatment, 7 cases were cured, 28 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 97.22% (35/36). The differences of the VAS scores and Lysholm scores between the two groups were statistically significant (t=28.036, 29.076, P<0.05). ConclusionThe therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with infrared polarized light irradiation on knee osteoarthritis is definite and worthy of clinical promotion.
