调肝健脾法治疗束缚应激肠易激综合征大鼠的实验研究

目的　探讨调肝健脾法治疗肠易激综合征 (IBS)的作用机制。方法　将 5 0只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、调肝健脾中药高剂量组、调肝健脾中药低剂量组、补脾益肠丸组 ,分别给予生理盐水、调肝健脾中药、补脾益肠丸灌胃 ,观察大鼠排便数、直肠内玻璃小球排出时间、小肠墨汁推进率和血浆胃动素 (MOT)、血管活性肠肽 (VIP)及P物质 (SP)含量的变化。结果　调肝健脾中药能够降低IBS大鼠小肠墨汁推进率和血浆MOT、VIP水平 ,升高血浆SP水平。结论　调肝健脾法可通过调整紊乱的胃肠激素的分泌与释放而调节IBS大鼠的肠运动功能 ,为临床治疗肠易激综合征提供了理论依据。

Experimental study of Tiao-gan Jian-pi method on irritable bowel syndrome in wrap restraint stress rats

Objective It is to study the mechanism of Tiao-gan Jian-pi method on irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Methods 50 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Tiao-gan Jian-pi traditional Chinese drug high-dosage group, Tiao-gan Jian-pi traditional Chinese drug low-dosage group, Bu-spleen Yi-chang pill group. They were given physiological saline, Tiao-gan Jian-pi traditional Chinese drug, Bu-pi Yi-chang pill by the way of intragastric administration respectively. Then the changing of defecation frequency, glass ball pushed out time, small intestine ink progradation rate and the contents of plasma motilin (MOT), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), substance P (SP) in rats were observed. Results Tiao-gan Jian-pi traditional Chinese drugs could low down small intestine ink progradation rate and the levels of plasma MOT and VIP, and could promote the level of plasma SP in IBS rats. Conclusion Tiao-gan Jian-pi method can regulate the bowels movement function of IBS rats through adjusting the disordered secretion and release of gastrointestinal hormones. It provides the theoretical basis for treating IBS on clinic.
