贯叶金丝桃醇提物抗流感病毒作用的研究

摘    要:目的 通过体内外抗病毒实验研究贯叶金丝桃抗流感病毒作用。方法 接种甲 1型流感病毒鼠肺适应株于狗肾细胞 (MDCK ) ,观察贯叶金丝桃醇提物体外抗流感病毒作用 ;体内实验以病毒滴鼻感染小鼠 ,观察肺指数、病毒致小鼠病死率等。结果 贯叶金丝桃 50g/L浓度组有明显抑制病毒致细胞病变的作用 ;贯叶金丝桃醇提物 10 0mg/kg和 10mg/kg对流感病毒引起的小鼠肺炎实变有明显的抑制作用 ,10 0mg/kg浓度组能延长流感病毒感染小鼠的生存时间。结论 贯叶金丝桃醇提物可抑制流感病毒的增殖 ,是一种治疗流行性感冒的有效药物

Abstract:Objective It is to study the effect of hypericum p erfor atum on influenza virus with antivirus experiment both in body and outside body.Methods Influenza virus FM1 was inoculated into MDCK cells. The effect of ethano l extract of hypericum perforatum (EEHP) on influenza virus outside body was obs erved. The lung index and death rate of rat that was caused by virus in body exp eriment was observed.Results EEHP at the concentration of 50 g/L had obvious restrain effect on the c ell pathological changes caused by virus. EEHP at the concentration of 100 mg/kg or 10 mg/kg had obvious restrain effect on rat's pneumonia consolidation caused by influenza virus. EEHP at the concentration of 100 mg/kg could prolong the su rvive time of rat infected by influenza virus. Conclusion EEHP can restrain proliferation of influenza virus. I t is an effective medicine for influenza being treated.
