活血通脉灵对大鼠缺血心肌的保护作用

目的探讨以浊毒理论为指导的活血通脉灵对实验性心肌缺血大鼠心肌损伤的抗炎保护作用机制。方法50只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为5组,每组10只(空白组,模型组,药物对照组及活血通脉灵大剂量组和活血通脉灵小剂量组)。空白组以普通饲料喂养;其余各组以高脂饲料喂养,形成高血脂症模型,在此基础上,皮下注射异丙肾上腺素,形成心肌缺血的复合模型。随后各组均灌胃治疗。采用现代医学检验方法来观察各组心电图、血脂改变。结果治疗组间各指标有显著性差异。结论活血通脉灵对大鼠心肌缺血引起的心肌损伤具有保护作用,并能降低血脂,改善心肌供血。

Protective effect of Huoxuetongmailing on ischemic myocardium in rats

Objective It is to discuss the protective effect mechanism of Huoxuetongmailing(HXTML) which is guided with zhuodu theory on myocardial damage in experimental myocardial ischemic rats.Methods 50 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,drugs control group,HXTMLmax group and HXTMLmin group and there were ten rats in each group.Blank group were fed with general forage and the other groups were fed with high-fat forage to prepare hyperlipemia model.On the basis,isoproterenol subcutaneous injection was applied to prepare myocardial ischemic complex model.Whereafter,all the groups were given intragastric administration.The changes of ECG and blood fat were observed with modern medical inspection method.Results There was significant difference among all treatment groups.Conclusion HXTML has protective effect on myocardial damage induced by myocardial ischemia in rats and can lower blood fat and improve myocardium blood supply.
