| 摘 要： | 目的观察丙肝冲剂对难治性丙型肝炎患者的临床疗效及对HCV RNA阴转率和下降率的影响。方法将60例难治性丙型肝炎患者随机、双盲分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组予丙肝冲剂治疗,对照组给予中药安慰剂(丙肝冲剂原方药量的1/10)治疗。治疗12,24,48周后观察并比较2组血HCV RNA阴转率和下降率、肝功能变化及2组中医症状积分变化。结果 2组治疗后HCV RNA阴转率和下降率均显著升高(P均<0.05)。结论丙肝冲剂对难治性丙型肝炎患者具有一定的抗病毒作用,可提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the clinical effects of Binggan Granules in patients with refractory hepatitis C,and the influence of negative conversion rate and descended rate of HCV RNA.Methods 60 patients with refractory hepatitis C were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).The cases in treatment group were treated with Binggan Granules,and were received 1 /10 of the original dose of Binggan Granules in control group.The negative conversion rate and descended rate of HCV RNA,change of liver function and symptoms integral of TCM were observed and compared after 3,6,12 months in both groups.Results There were significant difference's in negative conversion rate and descended rate of HCV RNA between before and after treatment in both groups(all P < 0.05).Conclusion Binggan Granules has positive antiviral effects for patients with refractory hepatitis C;it can improve the curative effect. |
