抗核抗体和抗心磷脂抗体与特发性血小板减少性紫癜的相关性研究

目的探讨抗核抗体(ANA)和抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)与特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的关系。方法采用ELISA法对52例ITP患者及24例健康体检者的血清进行ANA和ACA检测,采用全自动血细胞分析仪进行血小板计数,并对ANA、ACA阳性和阴性患者治疗前后的血小板计数进行对比分析。结果ITP患者ANA和ACA阳性率明显高于对照组,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。ANA阳性和阴性的ITP患者治疗前后血小板计数无显著性差异(P>0.05);ACA阳性和阴性的患者治疗前血小板计数无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论ITP患者ANA阳性只是的一种伴随症状,不能作为辅助诊断标准;而ACA阳性可能是导致血小板减少的一个因素,对于诊断ITP有一定的临床意义,可间接反映ITP患者血小板的受损情况。

Study of correlation between antinuclear antibody and anticardiolipin antibody with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

Objective It is to approach the correlation between antinuclear antibody(ANA) and anticardiolipin antibody(ACA) with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods The levels of ANA and ACA in serum of 52 patients with ITP and 24 healthy cases were detected by the method of ELISA,Plt count were detect by automatic blood cell analysator.The Plt count of masculine and negative in ANA and ACA were analyzed respectively before and after treatment.Results The masculine rats of ANA and ACA with ITP were higher than the healthy cases(P<0.01).The Plt count before and after treatment of masculine and negative in ANA with ITP were no significance difference(P>0.05).The Plt count before treatment of masculine and negative in ACA with ITP was no significance difference(P>0.05),but there was significance difference that after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion ANA masculine is a simultaneous phenomenon only to ITP patients,and it isn't an assist diagnostic code.While ACA masculine maybe one of the causes of Plt count decrease,and it has clinical meaning to diagnose ITP,and it can indirect reflect the damage information of Plt in ITP patients.
