经阴道B超对试管婴儿周期中卵巢储备功能的评估

目的探讨经阴道B超对试管婴儿周期中卵巢储备功能的预测价值。方法对48例不孕症妇女于自然月经周期第3天测定血促卵泡素、促黄体生成素、雌二醇浓度,然后经阴道B超测定试管婴儿周期中月经第3天的窦卵泡数、卵巢直径,HCG注射日成熟卵泡数目、卵巢直径。结果依据患者的基础激素测定结果将患者分为卵巢储备功能正常组和低下组,卵巢储备功能下降者窦卵泡总数、注射HCG日的卵巢直径及成熟卵泡数明显低于卵巢储备功能正常组(P<0.05)。结论应用经阴道B超能有效地评估试管婴儿周期中的卵巢储备功能。

Assessment of transvaginal B ultrasound on ovarian reserve function in test tube baby cycle

Objective It is to discuss the predictive value of transvaginal B ultrasound on ovarian reserve function in test tube baby cycle. Methods The serum prolan A, FSH, E2 of 48 women with infertilitas feminis were measured on the third day of menstrual cycle. The sinus ovarian follicle oumbers and ovarian diameters on the third day, mature follicle numbers and ovarian diameters on the HCG injection day were measured with transvaginal B ultrasound. Results The patients were divided into normal and poor ovarian reserve function groups according to the result of basal hormone test. The sinus follicle numbers, mature follicle numbers and ovarian diameters on the HCG inkection day in poor ovarian reserve function group were obviously less than those in normal ovarian reserve function group (P<0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal B ultrasound can effectively assess the ovarian reserve function in test tube baby cycle.
