| 摘 要： | 目的分析10 a内中医药/中西医结合治疗冠心病室性早搏的文献现状。方法搜索国内权威的五大数据库,对其2000—2009年正式刊载的309篇冠心病室性早搏中医药/中西医结合临床研究文献,分别从文献的年度发表量、期刊及作者来源分布、临床研究方向以及涉及的中医证型分布等方面进行统计分析。结果 10 a间国内冠心病室性早搏中医药/中西医结合临床研究文献数量及质量呈现整体增加的态势,但存在着极大的地区和部门发展不均衡性,文献主要集中在防治措施的研究,中医证型的诊断和名称缺乏统一标准。结论中医药/中西医结合治疗冠心病室性早搏具有很大潜力,但在很多方面尚需要进一步发展。
