摘    要:目的观察抗疲劳1号的抗疲劳效果,探讨其生化机制。方法抗疲劳1号由人参、麦冬、五味子、枸杞、远志、黄芪等组成,按低、中、高剂量灌胃小鼠2周,以负重游泳的方法制备疲劳模型,观察力竭性游泳时间及血糖、乳酸、尿素氮和肝糖原变化。结果与游泳对照组相比,抗疲劳1号高剂量组动物力竭性游泳时间显著延长(P<0.05),中、高剂量组血糖((9.98±1.44)mmol/L(、10.04±1.60)mmol/L)明显高于游泳对照组((8.44±1.33)mmol/L),肝糖原水平有所回升,血尿素氮水平下降,血乳酸水平略有升高。结论抗疲劳1号能有效维持游泳动物血糖、肝糖原水平,抑制蛋白质分解,从而发挥抗疲劳作用。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the anti-fatigue function of the anti-fatigue No.1(AF-1) and discuss its biochemistry mechanisms.Methods AF-1 is made of ginseng,dwarf lilyturf tuber,Chinese magnoliavine fruit,medlar,thinleaf milkwort root and milkvetch root.Rats were given intragastric administration according to low,middling and high does for two weeks.Then the faligue mode was established with force swimming test and the changes of exhaustive swimming time,blood sugar,lactic acid urea nitrogen and hepatic glycogen were observed.Results Contrast to normal swimming group,exhaustive swimming time of high dose group was prolonged obviously(P<0.05).The blood sugar levels of middling dose group((9.98±1.44) mmol/L) and high dose group((10.04±1.60)mmol/L) were higher than that of normal swimming group((8.44±1.33)mmol/L).The level of liver glycogen increased,the level of blood urea nitrogen descended,the level of blood lactic acid increased little.Conclusion AF-1 can availability maintain the level of blood sugar and hepatic glycogen of swimming rat,restrain decompose of protein,so it can deplete fatigue.
