| 摘 要： | 目的 观察不同剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效及副作用。方法 将患者分为 3组 ,每组 2 0例。均口服甲氨蝶呤 ,甲组 7.5mg ,乙组 10mg ,丙组 15mg ,1次 /周 ,疗程均为 6个月。结果 甲组总有效率为 85 % ,乙组为 85 % ,丙组为 90 %。不良反应率依次为10 % ,3 5 % ,60 %。结论 小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎长期运用效果好且副作用少

| Abstract: | Objective It is to investigate the therapeutic effects of different doses of Methotrexate on rheumatoid arthritis and its side-effect. Methods 60 patients were averagely divided into group A, B and C and they were treated with 7.5?mg, 10?mg, 15?mg of Methotrexate once a week. The therapeutic course was six months. Results Total effective rates of three groups were 85%, 85%, 90% and the side-effect ratio were 10%, 35% and 60%. Conclusion Minor dosage of Methotrexate is effective and has little side-ffect for long-term therapy on rheumatoid arthritis. |
