摘    要:目的探讨血标本的凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)在不同温度和不同放置时间后的结果差异,以确定最佳的测定条件。方法采集29例血标本,即刻分离血浆,每例标本分成2份,分别置室温及4℃放置2,4,8,12,24 h测定PT和APTT,与即刻测定结果进行配对比较。结果室温及4℃放置2,4,8,12,24 h后测定结果与即刻测定结果比较,PT及APTT测定结果均有显著性差异(P均<0.05),且PT与APTT的测定结果均延长。结论PT与APTT在4℃、20℃条件下适宜保存的时间分别为4 h和2 h。建议PT与APTT测定应在采血后2 h内完成。

Abstract:Objective It is to discuss the result difference of prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplasin time (APTT) when blood samples stored at different time and different temperature. Methods Twenty-nine blood samples were selected and immediately separated plasma from the whole blood, then every sample was divided into two groups. They were stored at room temperature and 4 ℃ respectively for 2,4,8,12,24 h, then PT and APTT were mensurated. Then the mensuration results were paired compared with the instant mensuration results. Results Compared with the instant mensuration results, PT and APTT stored at room temperature and 4 ℃ for 2,4,8,12,24 h had significant difference (P<0.05). The mensuration results of PT and APTT both were lengthened. Conclusion The best storage times of PT and APTT on 4 ℃ and 20 ℃ are 4 h and 2 h. It is recommended that PT and APTT should be determined within 2 h after the blood collected.
