| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血必净注射液对严重创伤患者凝血功能的影响。方法将60例严重创伤患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予常规综合治疗,治疗组30例加用血必净注射液治疗。分别检测2组治疗前、治疗后1,3,7 d的凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FBG)和血小板计数(Plt)。结果治疗后治疗组第7天检测指标与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论血必净注射液对严重创伤患者的凝血功能有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to discuss the influence of Xuebijing injection on blood clotting function of serious trauma patients.Methods 60 patients with serious trauma were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in control group were treated with routine combined therapy.30 cases in treatment group were added treated with Xuebijing injection.PT,TT,APTT,FBG and Plt of the two groups were respectively detected before treatment,one,three and seven days after treatment.Results There was significant difference on the detection index between the two groups at the seventh day after treatment.Conclusion Xuebijing injection has protection action on blood clotting function of serious trauma patients. |
