米托蒽醌为主中西医结合治疗急性白血病临床观察

目的：观察米托蒽醌及中西医结合治疗急性白血病的临床疗效。方法：将６０ 例急性白血病患者随机分为两组，对照组２７例，采用米托蒽醌为主的联合化疗；治疗组３３例，在用米托蒽醌为主联合化疗的基础上，加用健脾和胃，清热解毒中药。结果：治疗组获完全缓解（ＣＲ）２１例，部分缓解（ＰＲ）１０例，总有效率９３．９４％，明显优于对照组７０．３７％（Ｐ＜０．０５），且临床未见明显毒副反应。结论：米托蒽醌为主联合方案治疗急性白血病疗效良好，毒副反应较轻，合用健牌和胃、清热解毒中药，可提高疗效，减轻毒副反应。

Clinical observation on the integration of traditional and western medicine given first place to mitoxantrone for treatment in acute leukemia

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Mitoxantrone (MTZ)and the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating acute leukemia. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups: 27 patients of the control group were treated with mainly MTZ combined chemotherapy, 33 patients of the treated group were treated with traditional chinese medicine invigorating the spleen and regulating stomach-energy, clearing away heat and toxic materials on the basis of the protocol therapy in the control group. Results: 21 patients achieved complete remission (CR), 10 patients partial remission (PR) in the treated group. Total effective rate was 93.94%, better than 70.37% of the control group (P<0.05)and had no toxic side-effect. Conclusion:These data showed that mainly MTZ combined chemoterapy is effective and the toxic side -effect is low for acute leukemia. These therapy combined chinese medicine could increase curative effect and reduce the toxic side-effect.
