中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

目的观察中药联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效及安全性。方法将72例RA患者随机分为2组,A组采用中药加MTX治疗,B组采用柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASPY)加MTX治疗,总疗程24周。患者在第1次用药及在此后第4,8,12,24周时随访,随访期间接受体检、实验室检查和其他规定检查。采用美国风湿病学会(ACR)疗效评定标准判断疗效。结果2组治疗后病情逐渐改善,2组疗效比较无显著性差异,但不良反应发生率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药加MTX治疗RA的疗效与MTX加SASPY治疗RA的疗效相当,但前种方法耐受性及安全性较好。

Curative effect of rheumatoid arthritis treated by traditional Chinese and western medicine

Objective It is to observe the curative effect and its safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Methotrexate(MTX) on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods 72 cases of patients with RA were randomly divided into 2 groups.Group A were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with MTX.Group B was given Sulfasalazine(SASPY) and MTX.Both the courses of treatment were 24 weeks.The patients were followed up after first accepting drugs and in 4,8,12,24 weeks,and they were given body examination,laboratory examination and other rated examination.The curative effect were evaluated using ACR therapy evaluating standard.Results There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups,but the difference in side effect incidence rate was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with MTX has a similar curative effect with MTX combined with SASPY,but the tolerance and safety of the former is better.
