阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床有效性和安全性。方法将符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的60例患者随机分成A组(30例)和B组(30例)。分别给予阿立哌唑和奥氮平口服。治疗6周后,使用精神分裂症阳性与阴性量表(PANSS)、简明精神分裂症量表(BPRS)和临床疗效总评量表(CGI)评定疗效,用不良反应量表(TESS)和实验室检查评定安全性。结果2组治疗后6周PANSS总分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),2组临床总有效率比较无显著性差异。A组不良反应发生率低且程度轻微,患者能耐受。结论阿立哌唑疗效与奥氮平相似,是一种有效、安全的抗精神病药物。

Controlled study between Aripiprazole and Olanzapine on schizophrenia

Objective It is to discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of Aripiprazole on schizophrenia.Methods 60 patients who measured up to CCMD-3 criteria for schizophrenia were randomly divided into group A(30 cases) and group B(30 cases) and given Aripiprazole and Olanzapine by mouth respectively.The curative effect was evaluated with PANSS,CGI and BPRS and the safety was evaluated with TESS and laboratory examination after treatment for six weeks.Results The total scores of PANSS after treatment for six weeks were significantly lower than that before treatment in the two groups(P<0.01).There was no significant difference on total effective rate between the two groups.The incidence rate of untoward reaction in group A was low and the degree was slight,and the patients could tolerate it.Conclusion Aripiprazole is an effective and safe antipsychotic which is similar to Olanzapine.
