摘    要:目的通过比较2型糖尿病患者与健康对照者海马区磁共振质子波谱(1H-MRS)的差异,探讨2型糖尿病患者脑代谢功能的变化。方法采用1.5T MRI对30例2型糖尿病患者及30例健康人进行1H-MRS检查,检测双侧海马N-乙酰天门冬氨酸复合物(NAA)、胆碱复合物(Cho)与肌酸(Cr)的比值。结果患者组与正常组相比,双侧海马NAA/Cr均降低,而双侧海马Cho/Cr增高。结论2型糖尿病可导致海马区代谢功能紊乱,从而加快脑部功能退化,1H-MRS是检测海马区脑功能变化的有效手段。
