| 摘 要： | 目的 研究中药半枝莲醇提物的抗肿瘤活性。方法 采用小鼠腋下接种肿瘤细胞法测定了半枝莲醇提物的抗肿瘤活性 ;采用MTT法测定了半枝莲醇提物对小鼠脾细胞的增殖活性。结果 半枝莲醇提物对移植性肿瘤 (肉瘤S180 和肝癌H2 2 )具有显著的抑制作用 ,而对小鼠脾细胞的增殖具有促进作用 ,并有较好的剂量依赖关系。结论 中药半枝莲有可能通过增强机体的免疫力来实现其抗肿瘤活性

| Abstract: | Objective It is to study the ante-tumor activity of the extract from Scutellaria barbata D. Don.Methods The anti-tumor activity of the extract from Scutellaria barbata D. Don was measured with KM mice being injected tumor cells. The multiplication activity of the extract from Scutellaria barbata D. Don on mice spleen cells was measured with MTT.Results The extract from Scutellaria barbata D. Don had obvious suppression effect on transplanted tumor. But it could accelerate the multiplication of mice spleen cells and which had significant dose-dependence relationship.Conclusion The extract from Scutellaria barbata D. Don maybe realize its anti-tumor activity by toning up immunity. |
