| 摘 要： | 目的观察扶正抗癌方配合GP方案化疗治疗中、晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法治疗组30例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用陈光伟教授自拟的扶正抗癌方配合GP方案进行化疗,单纯采用GP方案进行化疗,并采用WHO实体瘤的近期疗效评定和中医疗效总评价计量。结果按实体瘤疗效评价标准2组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),按中医疗效评价治疗组的有效率和稳定率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论以扶正抗癌方配合GP方案化疗治疗中、晚期非小细胞肺癌其疗效优于单纯化疗对照组,并可以显著改善中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的主要中医证候,提高生活质量。
