复方氯唑沙宗与阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年胸腰椎骨折的研究

目的观察复方氯唑沙宗与阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年胸腰椎骨折患者的疗效。方法 20例老年胸腰椎骨折患者,就诊后予以复方氯唑沙宗片1.65 g/d,3次/d口服,共7 d,卧床3个月后开始功能锻炼,再次给予复方氯唑沙宗片治疗同上,同时予以阿仑膦酸钠片70mg/周、钙尔奇D 600 mg/d,共3个月。应用双能X线骨密度仪分别测定就诊后3个月、6个月时的腰椎骨密度。结果应用复方氯唑沙宗片后,患者的疼痛明显缓解,服用阿仑膦酸钠片3个月后患者腰椎骨密度显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论复方氯唑沙宗与阿仑膦酸钠联合应用可减轻老年胸腰椎骨折患者的疼痛和提高腰椎骨密度。

Clinical research of composite chlorzoxazone and alendronate in the treatment of elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture

Objective It is to observe the effect of composite chlorzoxazone with alendronate in the treatment of elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture.Methods 20 elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture were treated with composite chlorzoxazone tablets firstly for 7 days(1.65 g/d,tid),and composite chlorzoxazone tablets were administered again after 3 months.Meanwhile these patients received alendronate(70 mg/week) and caltrate D(600 mg/d) for 3 months.Bone mineral density(BMD) of lumbar vertebra was measured by the dual-energy x-ray absorptionmetry(DEXA) after 3 months and 6 months.Results Significantly relief of pain was found after treatment with composite chlorzoxazone tablets,and BMD of lumbar vertebra was significantly higher after 3 months’ treatment with alendronate than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Composite chlorzoxazone tablets with alendronate could relieve pain and raise BMD of lumbar vertebra in elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture.
