大黄及芒硝对重症急性胰腺炎患者胃肠功能衰竭的防治作用

目的探讨大黄、芒硝对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者胃肠功能衰竭的防治作用。方法将88例SAP患者随机分为治疗组44例和对照组44例,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用大黄、芒硝治疗。观察2组患者腹痛缓解时间、首次排便时间、消化道出血率、并发症发生率及治疗失败率。结果治疗组腹痛缓解时间、首次排便时间、消化道出血率及并发症发生率较对照组均有显著性差异(P均<0.05),治疗失败率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论SAP患者在进行常规治疗的同时使用大黄、芒硝治疗,对防治胃肠功能衰竭有明显效果,能有效改善胰腺炎的预后。

Preventive and therapeutic effect of rhubarb and mirabilite on gastrointestinal nonfunction in severe acute pancreatitis patients

Objective It is to discuss the preventive and therapeutic effect of rhubarb and mirabilite on gastrointestinal nonfunction in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) patients.Methods 88 patients were randomly divided into two groups.44 cases were in control group and treated with routine treatment.The other 44 cases were in treatment group and treated additionally with rhubarb and mirabilite based on the treatment of control group.The abdominal pain remission time,the first defecation time,the rate of alimentary tract hemorrhage,the incidence rate of complication and the treatment failure rate in the two groups were observed.Results There were significant differences on the abdominal pain remission time,the first defecation time,the rate of alimentary tract hemorrhage and the incidence rate of complication between the two groups(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference on the treatment failure rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Rhubarb and mirabilite have obvious effects on preventing and treating gastrointestinal nonfunction in SAP patients who are treated with routine treatment at the same time and can effectively improve the prognosis of pancreatitis.
