原发性肺癌患者辨证分型与癌胚抗原及糖链抗原的关系

目的初步探讨原发性肺癌患者癌胚抗原(CEA)及CA199、CA125、CA153的浓度与中医证型间的关系。方法51例原发性肺癌患者按中医辨证分型分为:肺脾气虚型、肺阴虚型、气阴两虚型、痰湿阻肺型共4组,用微粒子酶免分析法检测各组患者的CEA及CA199、CA125、CA153,并比较各组之间的差异。结果各组患者的CEA及CA199、CA125、CA153存在明显差异。结论CEA及CA199、CA125、CA153可作为反映肺癌患者本虚及标实状况的参考指标,可为中医辨证分型提供客观依据。

Relationship between syndrome types of TCM and levels of carcinoembryonic antigen, carbohydrate antigen in patients with primary lung carcinoma

Objective It is to approach the relationship between the serum levels of CEA,CA199,CA125 and CA153 in patients with primary lung carcinoma and syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine via clinical laboratory.Methods 51 patients with primary lung carcinoma were divided into 4 groups: asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi group,lung Yin deficiency group,qi-yin asthenia group and pulmonary stagnation of phlegm group.The serum levels of CEA,CA199,CA125 and CA153 of all patients were detected by microparticle enzyme-linked immunosorbent test and compared.Results The levels of CEA,CA199,CA125 and CA153 were different in four groups,there were significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of CEA,CA199,CA125 and CA153 were regarded as good referential parameters in reflection the condition of deficiency in vitality and excess in superficiality,which offered the objective evidence for the TCM treatment in patients with primary lung carcinoma.
