| 摘 要： | 目的观察黄葵胶囊联合雷公藤多甙片治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将68例糖尿病肾病患者分为实验组(传统治疗基础上加用黄葵胶囊和雷公藤多甙片)和对照组(传统治疗基础上加用黄葵胶囊)。治疗前及治疗后4,8,12周分别检测24 h尿蛋白定量、血白蛋白、肾功能、肝功能、血脂、血常规等并进行比较。结果组间总有效率比较,实验组较对照组有显著性差异(P0.05)。2组治疗后尿蛋白明显减少,肾功能改善,血浆白蛋白逐渐升高,血脂逐渐下降,均有显著性差异,实验组P均0.01,对照组P均0.05。治疗后同时间点2组间各项指标比较均有显著性差异(P均0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊对糖尿病肾病有较好的疗效,联合雷公藤多甙片可以提高疗效、缩短疗程。
