| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非创伤性血液丢失对老年髋部骨折围手术期的影响。方法选取我院93例60岁及以上的老年髋部骨折患者资料进行回顾性分析,探讨非创伤性血液丢失与围手术期并发症的关系。结果围手术期并发症中,以下肢深静脉炎发生率最高,其后依次是贫血、应激性障碍、水电解质紊乱、应激性溃疡、下肢神静脉血栓(DVT)、心绞痛及肺栓塞等,其中大多与非创伤性血液丢失有关,而及时补充血容量可使各种并发症的发生率降低。结论老年髋部骨折围手术期血容量的及时足量补充,是减少或避免非创伤性血液丢失并有效阻断继发病变的重要措施,也是手术成功的保障。 |
