麝香乌龙丸联合双醋瑞因胶囊治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效及对IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的影响

目的观察麝香乌龙丸联合双醋瑞因胶囊治疗膝关节骨关节炎(KOA)患者疗效及对血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法将2016年3月—2018年6月于华北理工大学附属医院收治的80例KOA患者随机分为2组,每组40例。对照组给予双醋瑞因胶囊治疗,研究组给予麝香乌龙丸联合双醋瑞因胶囊治疗,2组均治疗12周。采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)和西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数量表(WOMAC)评定2组患者治疗前后膝关节压痛程度和关节功能,检测2组治疗前后血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平,比较2组疗效及治疗安全性。结果治疗后2组VAS评分、WOMAC评分和血清中IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平均显著降低(P均<0.05),且研究组均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为92.5%(37/40),对照组总有效率为85.0%(34/40),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论麝香乌龙丸联合双醋瑞因胶囊治疗KOA较单纯双醋瑞因胶囊治疗能更有效地减轻膝关节疼痛和改善关节功能,具体作用机制可能与麝香乌龙丸能明显减轻炎症反应有关。

Effect of Shexiang Wulong pills combined with diacerein capsules on knee osteoarthritis and its influence on IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Shexiang Wulong pills combined with diacerein capsules in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and its influence on serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Methods A total of 80 KOA patients admitted to North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diacerein capsules,and the study group was treated with Shexiang Wulong pills combined with diacerein capsules.The treatment course of both groups was 12 weeks.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)were used to assess the degree of knee tenderness and joint function of the two groups before and after treatment.The levels of serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αbefore and after treatment were detected in the two groups.The efficacy and treatment safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the VAS score,WOMAC score and the levels of serum IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αin the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the indexes above in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.5%(37/40),and the total effective rate in the control group was 85.0%(34/40),the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Shexiang Wulong pills combined with diacerein capsules can more effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve joint function of patients with knee osteoarthritis,its mechanism may be related to the obvious reduction of inflammation.
