| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药辨证治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法将180例原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为2组,治疗组服中药补肾为主汤剂,对照组服用仙灵骨葆,观察2组临床症状的改善情况。结果 2组疗效比较无显著性差异(P0.05),但2组治疗后主要症状积分值及总积分比较有显著性差异(P0.05),治疗组临床症状改善情况优于对照组。结论中药辨证治疗能有效改善原发性骨质疏松症的临床症状,且安全无不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the curative effect of syndrome differentiation treatment on primary osteoporosis.Methods 180 cases of patients with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given decoctions mainly with traditional Chinese medicine which could invigorating the kidney.The control group was given Xianlinggubao.The improvements of clinical syndromes in both groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in effectiveness(P<0.05),however,significant difference existed between the two groups in the main and total symptomatic scores(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical syndromes in treatment group was better than that in control group.Conclusion Syndrome differentiation can remarkably and safely improve TCM clinical symptoms of primary osteoporosis. |
