| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨华蟾素诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的机制。方法 采用流式细胞及免疫组化的方法 ,研究华蟾素诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡与细胞周期阻断和抗凋亡基因bcl- 2表达之间的关系。结果 华蟾素能将肿瘤细胞阻断在S期 ,并能抑制bcl- 2基因的表达。结论 华蟾素诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡 ,与其能阻断细胞周期、抑制bcl- 2基因表达有关 |

| Abstract: | Objective It is to study the mechanism of cinobufacini on inducing tumor cell apoptosis. Methods The relationship of the effect what inducing tumor cell apoptosis to its action on tumor cell cycle and expression of bcl-2 protein were studied with methods of flow cytometry and immunohistochemical staining. Results Tumor cell cycle was interrupt at S stage and the expression of bcl-2 protein was inhibited. Conclusion The effect of cinobufacini to induce tumor cell apoptosis is related to its action on tumor cell cycle and expression of bcl-2 protein. |
