团体心理训练在综合医院护理人员中的应用效果

目的探讨团体心理训练对综合医院护士心理健康状况、自我和谐程度及人际信任的影响。方法选取在职的内外科护士共68名,随机分为实验组和对照组各34名,实验组接受为期5周的团体心理训练。实验前后对2组护士进行SCL-90量表、信任量表、自我和谐量表和他评量表比较分析。结果护士经团体心理训练后,SCL-90量表总分、强迫、忧郁、敌对、偏执各因子得分显著低于训练前及未经团体训练者,人际关系敏感、恐怖各因子得分明显降低;人际信任及自我和谐程度显著高于训练前及未经团体训练者。结论经团体心理训练的护士,心理健康水平、人际信任及自我和谐程度较训练前明显改善,并优于未经训练者。团体心理训练是一种提高护士整体心理健康状况的有效途径。

Implementation of group psychotherapy training for nurses in general hospital

Objective It is to approach the influence of group psychotherapy training on mental health,self-harmony and interpersonal trust for nurses in general hospital.Methods Sixty-eight internal and surgical nurses were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,34 for each.The experimental group was trained by group psychotherapy training for 5 weeks,and SCL-90 scale,trust scale,self-harmony scale and others-evaluating scale of both groups before and after the training were examined and analyzed.Results Nurses trained by group psychotherapy training showed significantly lower factor scores for total score,compulsion,depression,hostility,paranoia in SCL-90 than that before they were trained and that of untrained nurses(P<0.01),and both factor scores of interpersonal sensitivity and phobia were decreased obviously(P<0.05),and both factor scores of interpersonal trust and self-harmony were increased obviously than that before they were trained and that of untrained ones(P<0.01).Conclusion Through group psychotherapy training,the mental health,interpersonal trust and self-harmony of the nurses are all better than that before,and also better than that of untrained ones.Group psychotherapy training may be one useful way for nurses in general hospital to improve their mental health.
